本研究主要在建立「老人福利法」中住宿型長照機構之住戶品質評估系統,透過住戶實測滿意度找出改善因子。實測範圍以苗栗縣設立規模100床以上機構取其中3家為研究對象。機構A為公辦民營經營型態、機構B為民營經營型態、機構C為公辦民營經營型態。本研究主要以德爾菲法(Delphi method)與層級分析法(AHP)透過社會福利機構領域中產學經驗豐富12位專家問卷調查方式進行住戶品質評估系統之研究。品質評估系統結果顯示權重排名1至5名依序為「私密性」23.09%、「個人使用面積」18.61%、「人為因子」17.22%及「日常生活使用空間」16.18%及「日常生活作息」14.37%。在優先改善因子方面,排名1至4名依序為「私密性」、「個人使用面積」、「熱舒適性」及「日常生活作息」,此四項合計占整體60.77%,可視為有效提升住戶品質之重點項目。
英文摘要
This research is mainly to establish the residents' quality evaluation system of residential long-term care institutions in the''Welfare Law for the Elderly'', and find out the improvement factors through the actual measurement of residents' sati sfaction. The scope of the actual measurement is based on the establishment of in stitutions with a scale of more than 100 beds in MiaoliCounty, and three of them are selected as the research objects. Institution A is a public-run private operation, Institution B is a private operation, and Institution C is a public-private operation.
This study mainly uses the Delphi method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to carry out the research on the household quality evaluati on system through the questionnaire survey of 12 experts with rich experience in industry and education in the field of social welfare institutions.
The resultsof the quality evaluation system show that the weight rankings for m 1 to 5 are ''privacy'' 23.09%, ''personal use area'' 18.61%, ''human factor'' 17.22 %, ''daily life use space'' 16.18% and ''daily life routine'' 14.37%. In terms of priority improvement factors, the rankings from 1 to 4 are ''privacy'', ''personal use area'', ''thermal comfort'' and ''daily life routine'' 60.77%. It can be regarded as a key project to effectively improve the quality of residents.
