近幾年來,我國產業界積極推進互聯網,促進資訊技術的快速發展與交叉融合,將產生知識的倍增與傳播功能。本文探討教育的知識管理發展、分析教育組織知識管理之知識與管理的內涵和其如何推進知識與管理的措施與實踐。最後,以知識經濟時代教育組織的知識與管理覺知的省思作為結尾。教育組織奠基明確的哲學與管理學之基礎,且能相互為用,必能發揮知識的效能、知識的統整與一致性,達到學習型組織的目標與滿足教育組織對教育學理論繼承、發展、創新的訴求,承擔知識經濟時代衝擊的任務,並為我國教育組織知識改革與創新提供理論依據和實踐啟示。
英文摘要
Over the recent years, Taiwan’s industry has been actively promoting Internet to foster the rapid development and crisscrossing integration of information technology, which will lead to the multiplication and dissemination of knowledge. The study aimed to probe into the development of knowledge management of educational institutions, analyze the meanings of knowledge and management in the knowledge management of educational institutions, and how they promote the measures and practice of knowledge and management. Last but not the least, the study concluded with the author’s reflection upon the perception of knowledge and management of educational institutions in the era of knowledge-based economy. Educational institutions laid the precise foundation of philosophy and management, and when they were adopted mutually, they could elaborate the efficacy, integration and consistency of knowledge to achieve the goal of learning organization, satisfy the appeal of educational institutions regarding the inheritance, development and innovation of pedagogy, and bear the mission of facing the impact in the era of knowledge-based economy. Additionally, the study provided a theoretical base and inspiration for implementation for Taiwan’s educational institutions when they conduct knowledge reform and innovation.
