As Taiwan is expected to enter the period of Hyper Aged community in year 2025, plans has been initiated by government in prepare for a society cater for the need in elderly care system. However, looking at the strategies from Long Term Elderly Care 1.0 and 2.0 is seemed to be a form of expenditure plans which cost financially burdening in long run. Thus, this research is to study the alternative solution in providing a well balance elderly care system simultaneously benefits local economic gain, creating a self–sustaining system specifically for rural Taiwan. Methodology of this research studied the three key elements for that are mutually reinforcing–Agriculture, Community Social, and Healthcare System, followed by introducing micro-architecture that works as a mediator in serving the system fit in site context. |
