我們合成摻入1 mol% Co之氧化鎳(NiOx)薄膜作為鈣鈦礦太陽能電池之電洞傳輸層。我們發現此層薄膜可增加電池之光電效率,光電轉換效率(Power Conversion Efficiency, PCE)由以PEDOT:PSS (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrenesulfonate)作為電洞傳輸層之標準電池的9.58%提高至11.69%,提升了22%。另外,我們於鈣鈦礦主動層添加五種不同濃度(0.05 mg/mL、0.075mg/mL、0.1 mg/mL、0.15 mg/mL、0.3 mg/mL)之AgInS2,來提升電池之光電效率。電池結構為Glass / ITO /1 mol% Co:NiOx / Perovskite: (X mg/mL) AgInS2/ PC61BM / Ag。由結果知,主動層添加AgInS2可提高電池之光電效率,電池的短路電流密度(Short Circuit Current Density, Jsc)與光電轉換效率皆比未添加Co與AgInS2之標準電池高。其中以添加0.1 mg/mL AgInS2之電池具有最佳提升效果,此電池具有最高的Jsc 19.57 mA/cm2與最高的PCE 13.74%,與標準電池比較,Jsc與PCE分別提升了18%與43%。 |

We have synthesized cobalt–doped NiOx nanoparticles containing 1 mol% cobalt ions as hole transport layers (HTL) for perovskite solar cells (PSC). We have revealed that the 1 mol% Co:NiOx layer can improve the photovoltaic performance. Consequently, PSCs with power conversion efficiency of 11.69%, an improvement from 9.58% for the standard cell with poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) hole transport layer, have been obtained. Then, five concentration of AgInS2 solution (0.05 mg/mL, 0.075 mg/mL, 0.1 mg/mL, 0.15 mg/mL, 0.3 mg/mL) were added into perovskite active layer. The cell structure was Glass / ITO / 1 mol% Co:NiOx / Perovskite:(X mg/mL) AgInS2 / PC61BM / Ag. From the results, the addition of AgInS2 can improve the photovoltaic performance of cells. The short circuit current density (Jsc) and PCE of the cells with AgInS2 are always higher than those of standard cell without Co and AgInS2. The cell with 0.1 mg/mL AgInS2 has the highest Jsc of 19.57 mA/cm2 and PCE of 13.74%. The increases of Jsc and PCE were 18% and 43% compared to the standard cell, respectively. |
