化療藥品屬於高毒性和併發症的產品，因此確保化療給藥零疏失攸關安全與品質議題，也是我們身為護理師首要工作職責，執行高風險給藥需要啟動雙人單獨覆核機制確保病人安全；近年面臨護理人力短缺，我們導入科技與研發雙向傳輸輸液管理系統，以人機覆核輔助護理師執行化療給藥；有效降低護理人力負荷，提昇化療輸液安全；且自2019年1月至2023年2月發生化療輸液給藥錯誤事件為零。

Chemotherapy drugs are highly toxic and have complicated administration procedures; therefore, ensuring zero occurrence of adverse events during the administration of chemotherapy drugs is a major quality and safety issue. As nurses, it is our primary duty to ensure the safety of drug administration for patients. Executing high-risk drug administration requires a two-person independent review mechanism to ensure patient safety. Facing shortage of nursing manpower in recent years, We introduce technology and develop two-way transmission infusion management system, Nurses were assisted by man-machine review to administer chemotherapy. Effectively reduce the nursing manpower load and improve the safety of chemotherapy infusion. And from January 2019 to February 2023, the occurrence of chemotherapy infusion administration errors was zero.
