Innovation and technology are the core values and lifeblood of many enterprises, and are also important educational goals of many departments in universities, and stimulating students' creative self-efficacy may be a feasible way to cultivate them. Therefore, this project took the course of pottery forming techniques as the teaching practice object, and planed for teachers to demonstrate superb skills of self-efficacy stimulation strategies to verify and improve learners' (1) technique knowledge and skill form, (2) creative self-efficacy and (3) form creativity. After using four research tools: The Pottery technique knowledge test, the Skill form checklist, the Form creativity scale and Creativity self-efficacy questionnaire, and compared the differences between 34 students in the control group and the experimental group. The conclusions are: Teachers deliberately demonstrate superb skills with huge scales, classic shapes, or perfect tolerances, will: (1) Effectively increase the skill levels and skilled students, but not influence technique knowledge. (2) Significantly increase the total amount of the Creative pressure, Creative belief, Creative will, Creative tendency, and Creative self-efficacy, which has no effect on Creative attractiveness. (3) Significantly improve the total amount of the Forming fluency, the Forming elaboration, the Forming creativity, and not influence Forming flexibility and Forming originality. The suggestion is that fields and educators whose educational purpose or teaching goal is to foster creativity should use this strategy. |
