The purpose of this study is to explore the work stress, leisure constraints, and leisure behavioral intention of employees of pharmacies under COVID-19. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used to test the hypotheses. A purposive sampling method was adopted to distribute the questionnaires, and 300 employees of pharmacies were selected as the subjects of this study. After deducting the invalid questionnaires, a total of 280 valid questionnaires were obtained, with a return rate of 93.3%. The employees of pharmacies were taken as subjects for descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent samples t-test, and structural equation model analyses. The results indicate that: 1) There were significant differences among employees of pharmacies with different gender, ages, marital statuses, educational levels, and average monthly incomes. 2) Work stress had a significant influence on leisure constraints. 3) Leisure constraints had a significant influence on leisure behavioral intention. It is expected that the results of this study can provide a reference for the decision-making of the pharmacy runners affected by COVID-19 in the future. |
