The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global unprecedented crisis, challenge, and influence since 2020. Almost of the libraries around the world had been forced to close for a period of time due to the severe pandemic. However, National Library of Public Information (NLPI) has shown its flexibility in library management and user service to carefully adapt to the change and challenge. Innovation is a key element of sustainable development that NLPI has been adopting to transform its library management and services so that the Library has earned recognition for its outstanding performance. This paper first explains NLPI’s vision and innovation strategies, and followed to share NLPI's experiences of innovative reader services, innovative reading promotion, digital technology, and cross-filed collaboration during COVID-19 pandemic. |
