大學永續發展與經營的策略、困境與解決途徑

Strategies, Difficulties and Resolving Approach in University Sustainable Development and Management

本研究基於世界經濟與發展委員會的布倫特蘭報告有關永續發展的論述，聯合國 2015 年所推動的永續發展目標，英國泰晤士報所公布的世界大學影響力排名，以及相關文獻為基礎，提出具體研究目的如下：1.分析大學永續發展的意涵與特性；2.探討大學永續發展經營的策略；3.探討大學永續發展經營過程中的困境與解決策略。本研究以相關文獻為論述基礎，以達成研究目的，並總結為以下具體的結論：1.大學永續發展是組織生命的永續和功能的深化與延伸；2.大學永續發展具有多元的特性；3.大學永續發展的經營策略與實踐社會責任相互融合同時並進；4.大學永續發展與經營仍有待解決的困境；5.建立 USDR 模式是解決大學永續經營困境的宏觀治理策略。此外，本研究提出相關建議供大學永續發展經營的參考。

Based on the context of “Brundtland Report” of “World Commission on Environment World University and Development,” Sustainable Development Goals of United Nation (2015), World University Ranking of Times Higher Education and related literature, this study explored the following purposes: 1. To analyze the meaning and features of sustainable development in university; 2. To explore the strategies of university sustainable development and management; 3. To explore the difficulties and resolving strategies of university sustainable development and management. This study adopted related literature review for achieving research purposes. The conclusions are as follows: 1. University sustainable development means the sustainability of organization’s life, and deepening and extension of function; 2. University sustainable development has diversified features; 3. The strategies of university sustainable development combines practicing social responsibility and gets together simultaneously; 4. There are difficulties that will be resolved in university sustainable development and management; 5. Constructing the USDR cooperation model is macro governance strategy for resolving the difficulties of university sustainable development. In addition, this study proposes related suggestions for university sustainable development.
