Architectural design is a key stage that determines the life cycle of a building. Any risk encountered by a building, whether it results in damage caused by a disaster, can be estimatedbythe designdrawings. In the other words, the disaster event that descends on the building can also be regarded as a practical verification of feedback on architectural design. In order to face the refuge scenario, this study provides a comprehensive discussion of space transformation, which is constructed by a three-stage procedure in detection, decision-making and communication, and three technologies, such as spatial positioning, refuge mechanism and path guidance. Also, BIM (Building Information Modeling) enables the architectural design to improve the survival rate of evacuation and the effectiveness of the refuge indication system. This research intends to promote the importance of cross-field thinking and the sense of cyber-physicalintegrationsothatwecandesigntoavoid disastersat the stage of architectural design. |
