師專生任教意願及教學態度之調查分析

An Investigation on Teaching Aspiration and Teaching Attitude of Students in the Junior Teacher College

建國需要人才，人才需要教育，教育需要良師，先總統 蔣公即曾昭示：「培養師資，樹立師表，以達到良師興國的崇高理想，實為重要課題」。良師為各級各類學校教育成功所不可或缺，而最終則為國家盛衰存亡知所繁賴。為在各級各類學校教育中，良師之需求實以基礎教育的小學為最殷切。一方面是因小學教育對象普及全民，影響面廣；一方面是因小學生年齡尚幼，依賴性和可塑性最大，極容易接受老師的教導，影響程度深遠。因此小學師資是否健全乃特別值得重視。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of teaching aspiration and teaching attitude of prospective teachers between females and males， and among students of different years.
