深入系統研究習近平法治思想的理論體系，是對習近平法治思想進行學理化闡釋、學術化表達、體系化構建的一項基礎性工作。習近平法治思想以“通過全面依法治國建設法治中國”的主題和“為什麼建設法治中國、建設什麼樣的法治中國、怎樣建設法治中國”的主線為邏輯基礎，構建起了以基本原理論、意義地位論、方向道路論、基本價值論、重大關係論、基本任務論、推進方略論、基本保障論、深化實踐論等“九論”為基本元素的完整而系統的理論體系。“九論”範式既能高度涵蓋習近平法治思想的整體內容，又能為這一開放的理論提供持續發展的空間，具有一定的科學性和合理性。

Studying the theoretical system of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a basic work for the scientific interpretation, academic expression, and systematic construction of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is based on the theme of 'building a China under the rule of law through comprehensively ruling the country according to law' and the main line of 'why building a China under the rule of law, what kind of China to build, and how to build a China under the rule of law'. It is a complete and systematic theoretical system with the basic elements of 'nine theories', the theory of directions, the theory of basic values, the theory of major relationships, the theory of basic tasks, the theory of advancing strategies, the theory of basic guarantees, and the theory of deepening practice. The 'Nine Theories' paradigm can not only highly cover the overall content of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, but also provide space for the sustainable development of this open theory, which is scientific and reasonable.
