資訊社會中原住民族知識傳播：以蘭嶼達悟族青年為初探網絡

A Preliminary Study of Indigenous Knowledge Communication in the Information Society: A Case Study of Tao Young People in the Orchid Island/Lanyu

本研究探索原住民族知識傳播與文化傳承，尤針對原住民青年取 得族群知識的社會關係與網絡結構進行檢視與分析。研究透過問卷與 訪談了解蘭嶼達悟青年學習族群知識與文化之經驗與情境、個人社交 網絡連結與互動以及媒體使用情形等。結果顯示，達悟青年之族群知 識仍以父、母親為主要學習對象，而近年推動的民族教育似已逐漸成 為主要的學習管道；同時，熟悉族群知識之青年利用行動裝置服務分 享與傳遞族群知識，呈顯當代原住民族知識傳播的特定樣態。研究最 後根據結果探討數位媒體地景下，資訊傳播科技對族群知識傳播與文 化傳承的影響與可能方法。

This study employs the social network analysis to examine social structures and communication networks of indigenous knowledge and cultural transmission, with a special focus on the patterns of acquiring indigenous knowledge and the process of cultural learning among indigenous youth in Orchid Island. Survey questionnaires and in-depth interviews are conducted to investigate their social networks, the experiences of learning indigenous knowledge, and media use. Based on the research findings, the influence and the potential of information communication technologies on indigenous knowledge communication within the current digital media landscape are discussed.
