The rise of co-working spaces has obviously become an important global trend of micro-clusters. The creative atmosphere generated by the communities of co-working spaces has positive benefits such as inspire creativity and co-competition. The formation of the interpersonal network structure in the co-working, and the resulting benefits, will be the focal point of this research. This research uses literature analysis and in-depth interviews, research users, and including eight co-working spaces, 17 members to find social networks and partnerships among workers. In addition, this study also summarized three conclusions: First, Workers in similar industries are prone to spontaneous communication, and through the continuous expansion of social networks, To make effective uses of the collective benefits of working together.; second, The benefits of clustering formed in the co-working space are short-lived micro-creative clusters, which are Cluster benefits formed by creative workers in the same industry or different industries. Third, establish a system for learning and self-growth among users through an atmosphere that cultivates talents and is willing to share.
