This project provides the well-supporting system in career exploration and development in informal education places for those teenagers living in aboriginal and cultural village, Tribe Wuling in Taitung, Taiwan, aiming to repair the cultural differences and variation through the original culture. The educational model that has been designed which is based on the philosophy of gifted education and gifted and talent curriculum. It includes not only the various and different courses for ex-ploring and experiencing but also the realistic and reasonable achievements for helping these students to comprehend their choices of career in the future. We also hope this project build up greatly about the confidence and self-esteem of these students, and help them to face up to the possibilities in the near future. |
