In response to the implementation of the 12-year new curriculum Guideline, the Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government promoted a diversified and activated curriculum plan for diet education. The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness analysis of the implementation of the diversified activation curriculum for diet education in Kaohsiung City’s primary and secondary schools from the 2019 to 2021. The results of this study were: Firstly, to promote diet education curriculum programs, diet education teaching literacy, and diet education teachers professional learning communities. Secondly, to produce diet education curriculum programs with local cultural characteristics, and literacy-oriented teaching plans, and to enhance teachers' professional growth. Finally, to proposed some suggestions based on the research results. |
