"This article explored and analyzed the elements and principles of developing intercultural and intergenerational communicative-based for the Chinese L2 course in University guided by intercultural communication theory, intergenerational learning theory and L2 course development principles. After a review of relevant literature, this paper concludes an intercultural and intergenerational course model for the Chinese L2 course refer to course design, language activities, Authentic materials, and Langua ge portfolio.
