"Through the development of brain-computer interface and APP technology, this research conducted a leadership style test for principals of Taiwan’s elementary and middle schools. Leadership styles are divided into four categories: 1. Be cautious, 2. Energetic and enthusiastic, 3. Logical analysis, 4. Creative thinking. According to the test results, different professional enhancement suggestions are provided to principals with four different leadership characteristics, and the development of individualized principals’leadership professional development curriculum is constructed. At the same time, based on the overall results, suggestions are made for the curriculum planning of the principal training unit to achieve the training concept of applying technological technology to assist the development of education professionalism." |
