下坪熱帶植物園內綠色頭孢藻（Cephaleuros virescens）寄主範圍與藻斑發生時期調查

Investigation on host range of Cephaleuros virescens and occurrence period of algal spots in Xiaping Tropical Botanical Garden

本研究自2020年7月至2021年6月期間，於國立臺灣大學生物資源暨農學院實驗林管理處下坪熱帶植物園區內進行綠色頭孢藻（Cephaleuros virescens）寄主植物與藻斑發生時期之調查。透過解剖顯微鏡、光學顯微鏡（LM）及掃描式電子顯微鏡（SEM）觀察植體上的寄生性藻類。基於植物病變徵狀與藻類形態特徵，將其鑑定為綠色頭孢藻。經過持續觀察與重複驗證，於園區內共有169個分類群（包含種及變種）植物為綠色頭孢藻之寄主，其中有111種（含變種）為臺灣新紀錄。本研究統計綠色頭孢藻於臺灣之寄主範圍為94科368種2亞種33變種。

"The study surveyed the host plants of Cephaleuros virescens and the occurrence period of algal spots in Xiaping Tropical Botanical Garden of the Experimental Forest of National Taiwan University from July 2020 to June 2021. Using dissecting microscope, light microscope (LM), and scanning electron microscope (SEM), the parasitic algae were identified as C. virescens based on the appearance of the lesions and algal morphology. A total of 169 taxa (including species and variety) were identified as hosts of C. virescens in the area after continuous observation and repeated verification, among which 111 species or varieties were new records as hosts of C. virescens in Taiwan. The results showed that the host range of C. virescens in Taiwan covered 94 families, 368 species, 2 subspecies, and 33 varieties in total."
