"目的:本研究旨在運用演奏太鼓之音樂活動,探索慢性精神疾患在情緒、人際互動及負性症狀之成效。方法:本研究為立意取樣,採單一團體進行前後測之比較。由二位職能治療師帶領24位病人參與每週一次,一次60分鐘,共計16 次之演奏太鼓活動。活動前後由參與者自填焦慮自評量表,由治療師填寫溝通與互動技巧測驗中文版量表。再以成對樣本T檢定(paired sample T test) 來呈現成效。結果:參與者在參與16週音樂活動後,在人際互動有明顯改善、焦慮情緒降低程度亦達顯著差異( t=4.940, p<0.05) ,負性症狀也有明顯降低(t= 5.363, p<0.05) ,其改變皆達顯著差異。結論:介入前後可觀察到慢性精神患在負性症狀、焦慮情緒、人際互動皆有顯著差異,建議可將演奏太鼓列入復健活動之中。" |

"Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of playing Taiko on improving negative symptoms and social interactions of chronic psychotic patients. Methods: The study is based on intentional sampling, and a single group is used to compare before and after intervention. Two Occupational Therapists led 24 patients to participate in a 60 minutes Taiko drum activity, once per week and persisting for 16 weeks.The subjects were invited to join Quantitative data was collected before and after the activities by using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Assessment of Communication and Interaction Skill (ACIS) and Positive and Negtive Symptom Scale (PANSS).The paired sample t test was used to show the results. Result: The findings of quantitative data indicated that play Taiko effectively improved the communication and interaction skill for community psychiatric patients, and reduce anxiety (t=4.940, p<0.05) and negative symptom (t=5.363, p<0.05). Conclusion: Significant differences in negative symptoms, anxiety, and interpersonal interactions can be observed in chronic mental patients before and after intervention. According to the result, we suggest incorporate play Taiko drum into daily rehabilitation activities." |
