"The emergence of artificial intelligence has changed the traditional way of creating works dominated by human beings, and has caused many copyright issues. The copyrightability of artificial intelligence products is the logical starting point for discussing its copyright protection. Artificial intelligence products can constitute works in the sense of copyright law. On the issue of copyright ownership, artificial intelligence itself cannot become the subject of rights. In principle, the copyright of artificial intelligence products that conform to the characteristics of the work should belong to the users of artificial intelligence, and at the same time, the protection of the interests of investors should be taken into account. In order to achieve a balance between personal interests and public interests, certain restrictions should be imposed on the copyright of artificial intelligence-generated works." |
