教專學程生「電子書整合教學策略」與「多元文化教育教學知能」之個案研究

本研究主要是探究我國創新師培制度「2+2+2模式」教專學程發展,並探究教育師培大學教授運用自然科學博物館等校外資源、博物館式的浸潤與學習、業師協同教學、與社會行動精神的實作、探究「電子書整合教學策略」提升教專學程生「多元文化教育教學知能」的情形,促進教專學程生「多元文化教育教學知能」發展之探討。因此,本研究目的有四:一、我國創新師培制度「2+2+2模式」教專學程發展;二、運用個案研究分析教專學程生「電子書整合教學策略」與「多元文化教育教學知能」之現況、差異;三、運用個案研究分析教專學程生「電子書整合教學策略」與「多元文化教育教學知能」之相關;四、根據以上結果,提出師培教育運用「電子書整合教學策略」,發展「多元文化教育教學知能」之理論與實務的建議。本研究對象為教專學程生29人進行半結構式訪談與自編問卷調查研究。量化調查研究部分,本研究自編「教專學程生『電子書整合教學策略』與『多元文化教育教學知能』調查問卷」,經由理論構念、專家效度、問卷預試等校對問卷信效度,並利用問卷調查與SPSS軟體分析學生背景變項與「電子書整合教學策略」與「多元文化教育教學知能」關係,運用描述性統計、t-test、one-way ANOVA、皮爾遜積差相關分析。「電子書整合教學策略」課程進行為半年、18週36小時實體教學與虛擬網站資源,爾後進行量化調查研究。研究效度採取資料來源的多元性與資料種類多元性三角檢證,研究範圍僅限於我國教育大學教專學程之多元文化教育教學實務研究課程。本研究進行時有徵得研究參與者同意與匿名,並採取互惠互重以維護研究倫理。本研究最後提出師培教育運用「電子書整合教學策略」,發展「多元文化教育教學知能」之理論與實務的建議。

"The case study mainly explored the development of the '2+2+2 mode' teaching program of our country’s innovative teacher training system, and explored the use of off-campus resources such as natural science museums by university professors, museum-style immersive learning, and collaborative teaching by industry teachers. The implementation of social action, the development of e-books for the development of multicultural education and teaching for students of the special education program, and other integrated teaching strategies that promoted the development of the 'multicultural education and teaching knowledge' of Teacher Professional Master Degree Program students. Therefore, the purposes of this research were four: 1. To explore the innovative teacher training system '2+2+2 mode' teaching and learning program development; 2. To analyze the related research of 'multicultural education teaching knowledge', information technology and multicultural education and learning. 3. To analyze the current situation, differences and correlations between 'e-book teaching' and 'multicultural education teaching knowledge' of students of Teacher Professional Master Degree Program. 4. Based on the above results, it proposed the theories and practical recommendations that teacher training education used electronic book teaching to develop multicultural education teaching knowledge."
