"In response to the trend of worldwide educational reform, the new teacher education reform from 2018 put its emphasis on the professional competency of Teachers and curriculum development of school level. This purpose of the study are to explore the curriculum development of school-based teacher education, and analyze the related issues. In order to achieve this purposes above, this study adopts focus group interview and data analysis and finds that:(1) Education professional curriculums in different schools are not correspondent to each other, (2)Most of schools have inconsistent interpretations of the meaning of the common curriculum,(3)Most schools are able to reach the contents of 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines, (4)Most schools tend to adopt the unified curriculum contents of teacher education curriculum. Based on the aforementioned findings, this study further analyzes the related vital issues, including normal curriculum of teacher education, interdisciplinary, whole class system and competence-based teacher education reform. Finally this study also puts forward the suggestion on advanced teacher education curriculum proposal in the future." |
