"Based on the change of technological and vocational education and the coming cooperative relationship between university and industry, this study analyzed the issues of industry- university cooperation and governance by document analysis and literature review. Meanwhile, this study based on the perspective of international scholars and resource of domestic government for industry- university cooperation. And then this study offered the “Teaching-learning-research-industry-practicing” mode on higher education. In addition, this study explored the issues of curriculum, teaching, research in cooperation of between higher education and industry in governance. Finally, this study offered characteristic, issues and the way of resolving issues. Based on the analysis, the issues included 1. Teachers' teaching practice experience is not enough to fill the needs of the industry; 2. Curriculum planning and design emphasized theory and academic orientation; 3. Student learning is narrow-minded, and not enough to meet the needs of industry cross-field and innovation; 4. Effective cohesion in the field of teacher expertise affected the sustainable development of industry-university cooperation. This study proposed the following resolving strategies:1. flipping teachers’ teaching and guiding industry practice experience is the primary focus of industry-university cooperation; 2. Curriculum planning and design orientated the learning approach to meet the needs of enterprises. 3. Emphasizing the cross-field integration and characteristic education of university governance, and leading the development of high education, industry-university cooperation with sustainability and cohesion." |
