"Entering the 21st century, with the advancement of the medical system and the improvement of social welfare, countries around the world are moving towards an aging society. Every country is also actively facing the issues of the elderly people from various aspects, such as senior education, finance protection, health-care system, etc. Starting from the phenomenon of population aging, this article focuses on the combination of art and senior class, and based on''serious leisure''and''flow theory'', compared with language courses in senior classes; the researcher uses the method of participation and observation. Enter the Japanese language learning course of S Elementary School Seniors Class in Taipei City, accompanied by qualitative interviews, to study the effectiveness of singing Japanese learning. The research questions include: 1. In the senior class, can singing be used to teach language courses, can it improve the learning? 2. While elderly people participate in senior courses, can they be supplemented with''flow theory''to enhance the effectiveness of learning? 3. As the lecturer herself is also elderly people, can the teaching experinece domonstrate the effectiveness of''serious leisure''? Through this research, the conclusion is: planning moderately challenging course content, positive encouragement from teachers when teaching, and regular performances to share the results with family or friends are the best mode for elderly people art learning." |
