"Aging society and declining birthrate both are tremendous issues in the world. To maintain the economic and social vitality in an aging society and declining birthrate. Creates an environment where the elderly can play an active role and make them willing to work is crucial. Hence, Japan’s ''Employment Stability Law for the Elderly'' (Employment Stability Law for the Elderly) has been partially revised, which will take effect on April 1, 2021. This research explains the definition and scope of employment of senior citizens and sorts out the current status and needs for senior laborer employment in Japan. That could help us understand the aging society in the world, including Japan and Taiwan. The second section analyzes the contents of the amendments to the Japanese Employment Security Law for the Elderly. Therefore, through the survey conducted by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. That could help us understand the responses of senior laborer in Japan under the employment of senior citizens and the actual case analysis for the senior laborer employment by the company. It is hoped that the research results can be used as a reference for Taiwanese companies in the future when hiring senior laborer." |
