"Background: The pursuit of overall health has become a global trend. There are many different adjuvant and integrated therapies. Among them, aromatherapy has been proved to have the effect of improving psychological, emotional, and physiological functions. With the development of science and technology, 3dvr has been widely used in education and medical related industries. Through the innovative combination of virtual reality VR course and aromatherapy, this study can solve the time and space constraints and difficulties in the operation of solid aromatherapy and verify the impact of essential oil on the physical and mental health of the elderly through scientific methods.Method: Develop 8 3DVR aromatherapy activity units, invite the elderly from institutions to participate, discuss the changes of brain waves after 3DVR aromatherapy intervention.Result: After the intervention of 3dvr aromatherapy, there was a slight change in brain wave observation, but it was not significant. After the intervention of the course, 15 people had a positive improvement in focus in the fourth week, accounting for 53.57%, and 17 people had a positive improvement in focus in the eighth week, accounting for 60.71%. If it needs to be used as a reference for objective intervention indicators in the future, it is suggested that the research design and measurement should be adjusted.Discussion:The upward trend in the overall brain wave curve indicates that the state is gradually upward, on the contrary, downward adjustment is inhibited. In terms of concentration and relaxation, in the 8-week course, the concentration is upward, and the relaxation is downward. Therefore, it is found that the elderly increases their concentration and increase their concentration step by step; The degree of relaxation decreases gradually and is restrained, which means that when facing the course, you can study the course with a less relaxed attitude, so you can concentrate more on the course." |
