"The purpose of this study was to explore the workplace pressure and response strategies of resource class teachers and special education school teachers. Eighty-one resource teachers from Guangdong Province and 543 teachers from 43 special education schools in mainland China were surveyed, out of a total of 624. The questionnaire was edited by Questionnaire Star and the results were summarized as follows: 1.Resource class teachers and special education school teachers were more than 3.0 workplace pressure, and between the two reached .001 significant, that is to say, the resource class teachers' workplace pressure, significantly higher than the special education school teachers' workplace pressure. Especially in terms of self-adjustment and seeking assistance. 2.Resource class teachers and special education school teachers in the face of workplace pressure response strategies, in self-adjustment and seeking assistance in two significant differences. The workplace pressure of male teachers in resource classes was significantly higher than that of male teachers in special education schools. The workplace pressure of female teachers in resource classes was significantly higher than that of female teachers in special education schools. 3.The workplace pressure of teachers in resource classes of different positions and school sizes is higher than that of teachers in special education schools. All in all, the workplace pressure of resource class teachers was higher than that of special education school teachers." |
