Enhancing Communication Skills: Research on the Toastmasters Communication Program

溝通是人與人之間重要的一環，良好的溝通可以提升人際關係，得到支持，說服他人，獲取友誼。說話是種藝術，需要學習。此篇研究報告在探討國際演講協會，所推行的公開演講方案，旨在加強溝通及簡報的技巧，涵蓋該協會的演講方法，結構，成立的歷史，目前在世界各國分佈現狀，該會採行的初級及高級的訓練內容及工作坊。同時闡述縝密的訓練演講課程後，所獲得的成效。此文係根據作者對該會多年的參與及觀察，閱讀該會的刊物，及訪談此一世界組織的若干資深負責人而撰寫。

This research is an overview of the Toastmasters communication program, which is designed to enhance communication and presentation skills, using a structured program at Toastmasters club meetings. The research will include information about the history of Toastmasters, its current status, the structure of the program, the Toastmasters meeting, the Toastmasters meeting roles, the Competent Communication program, and the benefits of the Toastmasters program. The research is based on information from Toastmasters manuals, Internet resources, and personal interviews with senior members of Toastmasters in Taiwan.
