本文嘗試淺談美國法上的「同意搜索」，及其「共同權限」與「表現權限」應用於電子設備的案例。據此進一步探討後，提出在我國法可得應用的判準。

This article provides an overview of the U.S. cases on the topic of “consent searches”, and how information technology affects “common authority” & “apparent authority” doctrine. In conclusion, this article presents practical proposals in light of the aforementioned research.
