本研究主要根據國內與國際高孔隙性文化資產材料修復案中常見的四款加固劑(Wacker OH100, AKEMI K, Remmer KSE300E and Remmer KSE500STE)進行材料風化之加固探討,過程中利用氣相層析質譜儀進行組成成分分析,以及使用光學顯微鏡量測染色之加固劑滲透深度。其中Wacker OH100與Remmer KSE300E有較好的滲透深度,由於Wacker OH100固含量約40%、Remmer KSE300E固含量約30%均較Remmer KSE500STE固含量約50%低,因此具有良好的滲透深度。本研究針對常見之高孔隙材料挑選石英砂岩(臺北舊城牆石)、灰作(樣本)與土質遺址(馬祖亮島遺址紅土)並應用四款商用加固劑進行探討,加固劑施作於高孔隙材料所造成的色彩變化利用色差儀量測,在疏水效果方面則以接觸角量測儀分析,而表面填補狀況則利用掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察。Wacker OH100由於固含量適中,因此在表面填補效果均較其餘三款加固劑優秀。瞭解加固劑基本性質後,四款加固劑在耐候試驗(Q-sun、QUV)方面則是Wacker OH100較為優秀,由於其在高孔隙材料上並經過耐候試驗後,不管在試體表面的疏水效果以及加固劑產物在高孔性材料表面的被覆性與耐候測試前無明顯差異。Remmer KSE300E與Remmer KSE500STE則在Q-sun後加固劑產物在高孔性材料表面的被覆性受到明顯破壞,導致整體呈現親水性之效果。經由本論文實驗可知,加固劑可有效地提供高孔隙材料的耐風化性與穩定性,以及其部分藥劑具有撥水性,可有效減少高孔隙材料吸入水分,減少水解、微生物、植生等現象。 |

In this study, four types commercial stone consolidants (Wacker OH100, AKEMI K, Remmer KSE300 and Remmer KSE500) were separately applied to various high-porosity materials (sandstone, lime mortar and Liangdao soil) and their characteristics evaluated before and after weathering tests (Q-sun and QUV) to decide suitable and compatible commercial stone consolidants. The criteria for compatibility of the stone consolidants were: great penetration depth, hydrophobicity and aesthetical property. Firstly, analysis of commercial stone consolidants was undertaken using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), colorimetry and optical microscopy. Compared to the other three stone consolidants, Wacker OH100 showed excellent aesthetical property, hydrophobicity and surface filling due to its moderate solid content. Understanding the basic properties of the four stone consolidants, Wacker OH100 shows excellent properties of anti-weathering (Q-sun, QUV) because hydrophobicity changes are not obvious on the high-porosity materials. However, the high-porosity materials treated with Remmer KSE300E and Remmer KSE500STE were degraded by the Q-sun test because of cracks forming on their surface and an increase in hydrophilicity. |
