In order to find out the existing problems and difficulties in the training of the current preschoolintegrated education garden, and put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions incombination with the actual situation, to promote the development of the preschool integratededucation, this paper adopts the literature data method, the questionnaire survey method, theexperience summary method and so on. The present situation of Kindergarten-based teacher trainingin Guangzhou, Shanghai and Quzhou was investigated and analyzed. The results show that thedevelopment rate of kindergarten-based training is 100%, but there are still some problems in thecontent design, time arrangement and development form of Kindergarten-based training. Accordingto the problems found in this study, some suggestions are put forward, such as perfecting the systemconstruction, enriching the training forms, implementing the training assessment and so on. |
