The poor clarity of tongue root tone affects the sound and speech comprehension of hearing-impaired children to varying degrees, which has a great negative impact on their mental state and quality of life. To explore more training methods, improve the clarity of the tongue roots of hearing-impaired children, help improve the understanding of children's speech and language, help them to better social interaction, but also for individual rehabilitation teachers to provide reference, scientific practical experience. Through data reference and literature research, this study explores the relationship between Huang Zhaoming, Han Zhixuan's“Structural Voice Capability Assessment Table”, the evaluation of oral movement ability, and the evaluation and measurement tools of homemade tongue root tone; On this basis, the training needs of the tongue roots of hearing-impaired children are“big”and“wide”, and on this basis, a training program for hearing-impaired children's tongue root tone, including training objectives, training content and evaluation measurement as the main content framework, is constructed, and under the guidance of the training program, the effectiveness of oral exercise therapy treatment for tongue-root training for hearing-impaired children is discussed through the method of case study. , summarized the practical experience of rehabilitation training. |
