Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease that affects multiple organs and can cause severe organ damage. Early prevention and treatment of complications, such as renal failure, central nervous system lesions, vascular obstruction or bleeding, mental disorders, pulmonary hypertension, and myocardial infarction, is crucial. This article focuses on new trends in treatment and nursing, and describes methods of treatment of the disease, such as pulse therapy, immunosuppressive agents, cytotoxic drugs and quinine. The optimal approach to such treatments involves a combination of measures to provide appropriate care, providing appropriate nursing interventions and encouraging patients to partake in sports. This article optimizes treatment and minimizes side effects to achieve integrated care of SLE patients and maintain their quality of life. |
