The hotel industry is a service industry. The purpose of this research is to examine the interrelationship between the leaders and employees' organizational citizenship behavior in the hotel industry from the perspective of corporate organizational culture, and use organizational culture as an intermediary variable. Mainly adopt the case study method, take the practitioners of a benchmark hotel chain in southern Taiwan as the analysis object, through literature analysis, benchmark supervisor interviews and focus group meetings, extract relevant items and develop a relevant scale. The staff conducts the test and the research results show: (1) The employee management dimension of leadership shows a significant positive impact on Bureaucratic and supportive organizational culture. (2) The self-management dimension of leadership shows significant positive impact on supportive organizational culture. (3) The bureaucratic and supportive organizational culture both have a significant positive impact on the organizational citizenship behavior of individuals and groups. (4) The bureaucratic and supportive organizational culture shows mediating effect on the employee management dimension of leadership and organizational citizenship behavior of individuals and groups. (5) Supportive organizational culture shows mediating effect on the self-management dimension of leadership and organizational citizenship behavior of groups. |
