對警察受理交通事故案件滿意度及其因素之研究──以雲林地區大學生為例

A Study on the Satisfaction and Factors of Police in Handling Traffic Accident Cases-Taking Science and Technology University Students in Yunlin District as an Example

本文旨在探討大學學生對警察受理交通案件服務滿意度的影響因素，藉由雲林縣三所大學，其大學生就警察受理案件之態度表現、行動作為、接觸經驗及整體滿意度，以問卷調查法施測，研究結果發現：1.居住雲林縣時間愈長之大學生，對警察服務品質持正向的滿意度亦愈高；2.當事人接觸互動得愈好，其對於警察服務品質持正向的滿意度亦愈高；3.個人特徵對於警察受理交通事故案件的服務滿意度，未達統計上顯著預測力；4.大學生愈肯定警察態度表現，以及與警察接觸經驗愈佳者，對警察的整體滿意度愈高。希冀透由實證研究結果，提供警察人員處理交通事故案件提升品質及效能上之參考。

This article discusses the influencing factors of college students' satisfaction with the police's handling of traffic cases. With representative universities in Yunlin County, their students' attitudes, actions, contact experience and overall satisfaction with police's handling of cases are investigated by questionnaires. The results of the study found that: I. the longer the college students who lived in Yunlin County, the higher the positive satisfaction with the police service quality; II. the better the contact and interaction of the parties, the positive the police service quality The higher the satisfaction level is; III. The personal characteristics of the service satisfaction of the police to accept traffic accident cases are not statistically significant predictive; IV. The more positive the college students are, the better the police attitude performance and the better the experience of contact with the police, The higher the overall satisfaction with the police. This article hopes to provide a reference for the police to improve the quality and effectiveness of handling traffic accident cases through empirical research.
