壓瘡是護理品質的指標之一，護理措施正確與否，影響壓瘡預防之成效。臨床上因配戴氧氣面罩而使病人產生耳朵壓瘡，不但導致病人額外的醫療傷害，更會造成日後無法估計的醫療成本，本創新是利用乳矽膠材質筆套穿入氧氣面罩鬆緊帶中，固定於耳朵上方保護其皮膚，不但減少耳朵皮膚壓瘡發生率更增加病人舒適度，也提高病人及其照護者之滿意度，值得臨床推廣使用。
