The aim of this study was to evaluate if intervention in the nursing manpower with computer systemscontrol would change a holiday to reach rate and overtime. It adapted appropriately an experimental way todesign the group during different times. The research object was 22 acute sickrooms. The effect index wasovertime and change a holiday to reach the rate, evaluating the effect of nursing computer systems. Wecompared the similarity of deviant value and analyzed the deviant value of coessential certification and accountedcensus data with a single variant factor. The nursing manpower computer systems controlled todecrease the overtime. The variant value of overtime decreased from 87.66 to 57.48. The overtimes decreasedfrom 5.71 to 4.04 days which saved overtime pay for 441 days. The holiday to reach rate showed no significantdifference.In conclusion, the nursing manpower computer system control can decrease the overtime expense andcost. Then equitableness of the rate improves and the quality of life becomes better. |
