The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the psychological flexibility, the perception of psychological stress and professional development. The following conclusions were obtained after empirical analysis: 1. The internship psychologist is middle to upper in both psychological flexibility and professional development, and the degree of internship pressure perception is medium. 2. Full-time internship psychologists have a higher perception of internship pressure than part-time internship psychologists. 3. The psychological flexibility is significantly positively related to professional development; the perception of internship pressure and professional development is negatively related. 4. ''committed action'', ''self is the context'' , ''value'' and ''supervisory relationship'' can predict the professional development of internship counselors. 5. There is a significant causal relationship between the psychological flexibility , the perception of internship pressure and professional development. |
