從國軍檔案一窺中央政府遷臺初期的臺灣原住民族社會概況

Introduction to the Military Archives Presenting Taiwan's Indigenous Society in 1950

本文主要介紹國防部檔案中1份「國防部山地檢閱及慰問工作報告書」，內為約3萬字左右文字紀錄，並附上逾3百多張照片的原住民青年服務隊檢閱內容。其源起於西元（以下同）1950年中華民國中央政府遷臺後，在風聲鶴唳的國防情勢下，中央軍事當局將臺灣原住民的青年組織納入國防體系，並要求國防部到當地校閱後的紀錄報告書。因為箇中不僅講述軍事訓練，更有超過一半以上的篇幅記錄著當時山地行政及原住民部落社會概況，極值得研究者運用，卻又鮮為相關研究者知悉殊為可惜，故專文介紹，盼吸引更多研究者參考運用。

This article describes the military archive held by the Ministry of National Defense, which named“Indigenous Parade and Goodwill Mission Report''. The report consists of exhaustive text record and more than three hundred photos. It was made by the military officers of National Defense R.O.C in 1950 on mission to inspect the military training of Taiwan's aboriginal youths. Moreover, the report provides an overview of aboriginal administration and society at that time.
