On Research Ethics of the Political Archives

政治類檔案在臺灣政治史研究中扮演著重要角色，其在我國特定時空脈絡下也浮現出研究倫理的議題亟待探索。本文從「個體的反身性」以及「法律與社會變遷」兩個層面，針對政治類檔案的研究倫理議題加以評析，希冀能對臺灣政治史的研究帶來省思與啟示。

Political archives play an important role in Taiwan's political history research. The ethical issues in research also emerge out of our national particular time-space context. This paper attempts to analyze the ethical issues in Taiwan's political history research from two dimensions which are“individual reflexivity”and“law and social change”. Based on the research result of this paper, we make some suggestions for Taiwan's political history researchers.
