環境的改變：「2012 ICA國際檔案大會」分析及與會紀要

A Climate of Change: Note of the Participation in International Council on Archives Congress 2012

第17屆國際檔案大會於西元（以下同）2012年8月20日至8月24日假澳大利亞布里斯本會展中心辦理，本次大會以「環境的改變」（A Climate of Change）作為主題，以因應新時代、新媒體、新技術及新環境所帶來的影響與變遷。筆者有感於我國檔案界對於國際檔案理事會及其會務與相關活動的認識及參與不足，為促進我國檔案界對於國際檔案事業與學術發展之認識，故針對國際檔案理事會及此次國際檔案大會進行介紹，以期我國檔案界人士對於國際檔案理事會能有更深入之認識並促進日後活動之參與。

The 17th International Council on Archives Congress held in Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre of Australia from August 20 to August 24 in 2012. The theme of this congress is“A Climate of Change'', it deals with the impact and changes of records and archives management with the new era, new materials, new techniques and new environments. The author thinks the archival community of Taiwan lack of understanding how International Council on Archives work and what International Council on Archives Congress 2012 do, so this article introduces the background and history of International Council on Archives and the process of International Council on Archives Congress 2012 to the archival community of Taiwan.
