我國大專校院校史館網站設置與規劃現況分析

College and University Archives Website in Taiwan: an Analysis of their Development and Management

實體校史館的經營需要投入一定的人力、空間與經費，致使許多學校不敷實體校史館的建置需求，或為順應資訊化時代、增加校史及其相關史料的曝光率，遂而以數位化形式打造校史館網站，以網站建置校史館的方式或稱之為「數位校史館」，因而成為各校建立校史館的選擇之一。本文利用問卷法，針對大學校院校史館網站建置進行分析與探討，共發放162份問卷，回收有效問卷95份。依據回收的問卷歸納呈現目前大學校院校史館網站建置與管理營運情形，並配合內容分析進一步了解各校所建置校史館網站內容，從而提出我國大學校院校史館網站未來發展相關建議。

The development of archives Website has been one of chooses for educational institutions to meet their needs of increasing the exposure of institution's history and enhancing the use of archival holdings, particularly for those with insufficient resources to build and maintain the fiscal archives. Based on the research conducted in 2012 to investigate the establishment of college and university archives, this article focuses on the analysis of the contents of websites. The results reveal the current status of establishment and management of college and university archives' websites. Finally, suggestions are proposed with respect to the development of college and university archives' website.
