The Evolution of the Official Documents Process Management system has been divided into three phases including backlog cases clearance, timeliness management and process management. Each stage of the transformation represented different developmrnt meanings and background, which began from the improvement of backlog cases clearance, passive control of documents to proactive management to archieve the goal of standardization for the Officeal Documents Process Management. In addition, by means of the implement of self-management, claim, data analysis and processes streamlining, the process managemnet and the quality of documentation has been standardized and improved. These approaches established the foundation for the improvement of administrative efficiency. This article explores the initiating background, evolution history and main issues in the transformation to present the whole picture of the evolution of the management system of official documentation and some recommends are made to enhance the applicability for the current system. |
