試析澳門檔案現況與長效管理發展

Exploring on The Situation and Long-term Effective Management Development of Macau Archives

由於特殊的歷史因素，澳門自16世紀以來一直是近中國內地和通達四海的小城，從澳門政府、民間，以致遍佈世界各地的豐富檔案，皆可見證著這南海一隅小城歷史上與外部世界的廣泛聯繫。隨著西元（以下同）2009年3月「天主教澳門教區檔案文獻（16至19世紀）」成功列入了聯合國教科文組織亞太區《世界記憶名錄》，澳門檔案的有效管理及利用更為社會關注。本文嘗試引介澳門檔案概況以及數位化進程，探討未來整體管理的規劃發展。

Since the 16th century, Macau has been a city that connecting with Mainland China and overseas due to its relative rich and diverse history, therefore, Macau possesses extremely precious historical documents that collected by government, individuals, as well as from worldwide, which has demonstrated Macau's extensive contacts to the world. On March 9 of 2010, the archives and materials of the Macao Diocese from the 16th to 19th centuries were added to the UNESCO Asia- Pacific Memory of the World Register, thus more expectations for better management and a better use of the resources are coming from the society. This paper has tried to introduce the general archives situation and digitization process in Macau. In addition, the paper also discusses on the future development of integrated documentary management.
