檔案管理流程的國際標準──ISO 23081與ISO/TR 26122之剖析

政府機關利用各式媒體記載組織所經歷的各項活動。這些資料在點收歸檔之後，就成為檔案。因此，檔案已成為各機關保存其記憶的重要典藏。隨著資訊技術的興起，政府機關逐步產生大量電子檔案。有鑑於此，國際標準組織自西元2001年起陸續制定檔案管理相關國際標準，以因應作業與各式媒體的管理需求。本文剖析國際檔案管理流程相關標準ISO 23081與ISO/TR 26122之內容，以供我國機關推動檔案管理相關業務之參考。

Through various media, past activities of government are preserved as critical memory in government agencies after filing. Tremendous amount of electronic records in government agencies are created under the emergence of information technologies. Since 2001, international standards for records management are promulgated by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to meet the needs of media and operations management. This study analyzed the content of ISO 23081 and ISO/TR 26122 for agencies to deploy the processes of records management.
