機關榮獲金檔獎關鍵成功因素之探究

The Critical Factors for Government Agencies to Win the Archives Management Quality Award

本研究目的旨在瞭解機關參與金檔獎評獎經驗，以及分析機關榮獲金檔獎的關鍵成功因素。本研究採以質性方法進行研究，運用研究者自身機關的參獎經驗，設計訪談大綱，並選擇個榮獲金檔獎的機關，透過深度訪談瞭解機關參與金檔獎評比的經驗並分析其獲獎的關鍵成功因素。本研究歸納分析出12項機關榮獲金檔獎的關鍵成功因素，提供有意參與金檔獎的機關、縣市政府或上級機關，以及未來研究者做為參考。

The purpose of this research aims to understand the experiences of government agencies participating in Outstanding Archivist Awards, and analyzing the key success factors of the winners. Adopting the qualitative research method, the researcher uses her own participating experience of Outstanding Archivist Awards to design the interview outline, and chooses four winners to understand their experiences and critical factors of wining by in-depth interview. The research generalizes twelve critical success factors of Outstanding Archivist Awards winners to provide the references for county governments or higher authorities willing to involve in Outstanding Archivist Awards, as well as the future researchers.
