靜脈毒癮患者感染愛滋病初期的照護經驗

The Nursing Experience of Caring for a Female Injection Drug User with HIV Infection During Early Diagnostic Phase

本篇在探討一位初次診斷愛滋病毒感染的女性靜脈毒癮個案，於住院期間的疾病經驗及其身心反應與調適行為。護理個案期間自93年10月9日至93年11月5日為止。藉由觀察、會談、檢查結果及與其他醫療團隊人員、家屬訪談資料，再依據紐曼系統模式為評估架構，確立個案有現存性感染、知識缺失、預期性哀傷、情境式低自尊等健康問題。在護理過程中，筆者以同理心、真誠的態度與個案及家屬建立良好的治療關係，並針對個案個別需求，適時的提供相關知識及情緒支持，使個案採取正向的因應策略，了解疾病可能帶來的困擾，適應疾病所造成的生活改變，且能和家屬共同維持日後良好的生活品質。

This article discussed the disease manifestation, psychosocial reaction and adjustment of adrug addicted woman who was first diagnosed with AIDS during a hospitalization from October 92005 to November 5 2005. We have confirmed that our case anticipated depression, knowledgedeprivation, coexist infection and lack of dignity according to observation interview, physicalexamination and information from our medical team, family discussion and the Newman SystemsModel as assessment framework. During the course of nursing care, we have built a good relationshipwith the family by using sympathy and a sincere attitude.We also offered relevant informationand emotional support suitable for her specific demands. So she could adopt an optimistic strategy,understand the problems this disease might bring to her and adapt to the changing life style causedby the disease. After all, favorable life quality is important to everyone.
