我國與加拿大檔案編排描述之比較

The Comparison of Arrangement and Description of Archives between Canada and Taiwan

本文主要探討我國與加拿大之檔案編排與描述規範。首先，探討我國檔案編排與描述，包含檔案管理局於頒布之分類編案規範、機關檔案編目規範、機關檔案管理作業手冊與國家檔案描述作業手冊；其次，介紹加拿大檔案描述規範；最後，比較我國檔案管理局與加拿大檔案編排原則、控制層級、描述層級、描述內容與權威控制等項目，並提出建議，以供我國檔案中央主管機關參考。

This article explores Archival Description Rules of Canada and Taiwan. Firstly, the author introduces the rules of archival classification and description issued by the National Archives Administration. Moreover, the Rules of Archival Description developed by Canadian Council of Archives are discussed. Finally, the author makes comparison on the two categories of Rules of Archival Description developed by the National Archives Administration and the Canadian Council of Archives. Several recommendation for Taiwan primer archival management institute are provided.
