從國際檔案學教育發展現況反思我國檔案教育發展方向

Rethinking the Development of Archival Education in Taiwan from the Current Status of International Archival Education

本文主要探討國際檔案學界對於檔案教育之發展現況，包括：美國、加拿大、英國、中國大陸與我國等國之發展。其次，歸納各國檔案教育發展現況之異同處共有五項，並探討國內政府機關亟需檔案管理專業人員的情形。最後，針對國內檔案教育發展之方向，提出數項建議。

This paper mainly discusses the current status of archival education around the world, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, China and Taiwan. After analyzing the similarities and differences of those countries' archival education, five features have been found. Also, the current situation of the shortage of archival professional staffs in Taiwan is discussed. Therefore, trainings for archival professional staffs are in urgent need. Finally, some suggestions for the directions of the development of archival education in Taiwan are given.
